Humans can be complicated. In order to provide them with a great product, service or brand experience, their attitudes, motivations, and behaviors often need translating. When the right methods generate meaningful insights, that translation can turn into thoughtful and impactful design. Jessica is an insights expert and loves to work with brands to bring the end user to life through research. Jessica has a background in Anthropology, and now with over 8 years of diverse industry experiences, has demonstrated mastery in research disciplines from UX, business strategy, innovation and market research. She's always striving to deepen her and others’ understanding of the socio-cultural and individual factors that affect perception, decision-making and behavior. She has extensive experience with both applied and collaborative research techniques, and passionately uses that skill set to help others validate decisions, create solutions and discover new possibilities.
